It all started with a group of creatives working inside a tech company’s marketing department. We weren’t just another team—we were the creative heart of the department, operating like an in-house agency within the company. We didn’t just take on assignments; we transformed them.

To create a space our own, we quite literally tore down cubicles to build something better—a creative lounge we called the Muchacha Lounge. It had comfy couches, plants, a TV, a bookcase filled with design and storytelling inspiration, and even a video game console for those much-needed mental resets. It became our sanctuary, a place where ideas flowed freely, and collaboration felt effortless.

Bringing Creativity to Every Corner

Our work spanned everything from TV ads to Facebook campaigns, investor decks to social media content. But what truly excited us? The internal projects—the ones most teams might overlook. Whether it was launching an internal app for accounting, introducing a new company-wide OKR plan, or creating an employee video that actually made people feel something, we lived for those moments. We became the go-to team, the ones who could take even the driest corporate communication and turn it into something engaging, memorable, and dare we say—fun.

The Dream Never Ended—It Just Evolved
